At the Ristorante del Lago (Lake Restaurant), well-being also comes through good food. We believe that eating healthy and genuine food is essential for the body and spirit. That’s why we carefully select raw materials, favoring local and seasonal products.

Umbria on the table 

Our cuisine is a tribute to Umbria’s gastronomic tradition. Every ingredient tells the story and culture of this land: Umbrian meats and cold cuts, pecorino cheeses, black truffles from Norcia, extra virgin olive oil and wines from local producers. Colfiorito is a highland renowned for its legumes and the IGP Red Potato, which you will find in the dishes on our menu, with proposals also suitable for those on gluten-free diets and vegetarians.

The Ristorante del Lago, inside our Hotel Villa Fiorita, offers an informal and comfortable ambience, with a large room that can accommodate up to 200 people. The atmosphere is pleasant and relaxed, ideal for a romantic dinner, family meal or special event.
