City tax
No city tax required.
Confirmation mode
The reservation of the stay is confirmed after a deposit equal to 30% of the total stay. In case of Voucher where the full amount must be paid.
Cancellations or changes must be communicated promptly by contacting the hotel’s reception at the number 0742.681326 and sending an email to the address info@hotelvillafiorita.com
If the cancellation occurs within 72 hours from the date of arrival, the paid amount will be fully refunded.
In case of Voucher, it is possible to make only one change of the stay date since the voucher will be cancelled.
In case of early departure and unless otherwise agreed, the total amount of the planned stay will be charged.
Arrivals and departures
Room check-in: from 14:00 (early access, if possible, upon request)
Room check-out: by 11:00
Wellness Center check-in: from 9:00
Wellness Center check-out: at 18:30
Late check-out
Any late check-out for room and SPA must be agreed in advance, subject to availability. The extension of usage time does not involve any extra charge.

All late check-outs are granted by the Hotel reception only upon availability.
Restaurant and breakfast hours
Breakfast: from 07:30 to 10:00
Lunch: from 12:30 to 13:30
Dinner: from 20:00 to 21:00 (last entry into the dining room)

The “Del Lago” restaurant inside Hotel Villa Fiorita is open
In low season: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, excluding holidays and festivities where we are open more days.
All reservations including meals (dinners or lunches) include access to the “Del Lago” restaurant. Any changes to the schedule must be agreed upon at the reception upon arrival at the facility.
For B&B reservations (room and breakfast) advance table reservation is mandatory by 12:00 for lunch and by 19:00 for dinner to be communicated to the reception.
Access to Restaurant del Lago
– It is possible to go to the bar for aperitifs or coffee in a bathrobe.
– The dress code for the dining room is at the discretion of the client.
– It is not allowed to access the restaurant in a bathrobe.
Double Room single use
The reservation of a double room for single use is possible subject to availability with a supplement of one and a half quota on the list price.
Reservations at our SPA
To fully satisfy your requests regarding dates and times of the chosen treatments, we kindly ask you to contact the reception at least 5 days before arrival. Any cancellations of massages and/or treatments will be accepted within 24 hours prior to the appointment. Otherwise, an amount corresponding to the total cost of the booked treatments will be charged.
Non-smoking rooms
All our rooms are no smoking. We kindly ask you to respect this rule for the wellbeing of the guests who will stay thereafter.
Internet connection
At Hotel Benessere Villa Fiorita the internet connection is free! The common areas, the rooms, and most of the external spaces are covered by Wi-Fi network
Valuables
The management assumes no responsibility for any loss of valuables left unattended in the room or hotel. The use of the safe available in each room is recommended, especially before accessing the wellness center we advise leaving all valuables such as watches, earrings, necklaces, mobile phones in the room safe.
Payments
Payments in cash, credit cards, and Bancomat are accepted. (Diners and American Express are not accepted).
Parking
The parking service is included in the stay rate.
Pets
We accept small and medium-sized dogs. No cost per animal per day will be charged. We kindly ask for your understanding that four-legged friends do not have access to the wellness center.
Sports and activities
For our guests’ use, the fitness gym and mountain bikes are available for free.
Forgotten items
Forgotten items will be kept at our “lost and found” storage for a maximum period of 6 months.
